Danikaa/Alekona/Anakalia account was hacked within the last 24 hours. We all know what kind of damage a hacker can do to a toon, so please, if you see any of these characters log on report it to get it banned until Dani can get her account back.

Thanks Eiye. No news yet just going to have to wait. You were a little kinder than my priests guild on Khaz'goroth they kicked me outright they said my account had been 'acting strange' whatever the hell that means (thanks for the clarification and now they can't see if I log on awesome)...
I managed to log on to Dani before the password was changed for 1 - 2 mins, it was really strange they had left me with 32gold (I had over 2K but still, why leave any?) At that time my gear was intact but what has happened since no bloody idea.
Can't dwell on it just makes me sick I hate them fuckers.

I just start whispering the hacker and said "IF you are not DANI, GET OUT OF HER ACCOUNT' so he/she knows we are watching. It does not matter if he/she knows english - no one wants to perform illegal activity when a large sum of people notice.

again ... how can u hack an account ? I mean ... how can u find out both user and pass of that user if they hadn`t played only from home ? I know that there are some ways to find out the pass .. but the user as well ?

Hmm, ta for your replies. I just had a friend have his account hacked last week (Iceoid, some of you may remember him), he got all his gear back gemmed and chanted, not sure about the guild bank stuff they're still figuring it out, and yea no gold back.

Rek, I am just as baffled as you on how they obtain this information, I just changed my password a few days ago, prompted by Iceoids experience. I'm pissed, the stuff and the gold doesn't worry me so much it's not real, thank god... I can farm it back. It's just very difficult to know if I can ever get the account back again because of the way things are between the 'account holder' and myself (My ex). He will help me, but it will come with expectations... basically he's a tosser and I don't really want anything to do with him. So much more involved when stuff like this happens.
Anyhoo, I can't do anything until Monday 8am Pacific time, they are closed till then I can't call them.
Whatever happens, I'll still be around I'll just have to start again.

Well, I have all 3 of those programs, however, I fail at the updating part (AVG is the only one that gets updated, I know I'm just a slacker). Plus I never use IE either. But anyway, UPDATE is the key obviously.

I have been looking into getting a new PC anyway, for certain reasons I didn't want to get a mac, but I'm now reconsidering it they're a lot more safer. I want a lap top for the convenience when I get out there teaching and all that stuff. I'll be picking your brain later.

Also .... what u said about password ... doesn`t really have to be like that .. but if u have at least an upper letter and a number in it .. and at least 8 chars long it should be enough if u don`t give ur pass to the little worms that can infect ur computer

the opposite of love is not hate.... it is indifference....

love takes an amount of energy and thought towards a person..... so does hate... infact... hate takes a lot more energy because it needs to be renewed often.....

indifference means no energy or thought is spent on said person.... AT ALL... and is the most painful to endure..... because if a person is indifferent towards you... they don't care if you live or die.... you don't exist to them... and there is nothing you can do to change their minds.....

And the way you can really tell if Sky hates/loves you is if he puts noob somewhere in your name. That shows that you know how to properly spar with him in /g chat.
