I have been noticing that we don't have the member support to have class leads at this time. So I have decided for the time being that we have the group lead. Nominations will be open for one week and one week only. If you don't want a nomination or you do you can pm me or you can post it here. Please keep in mind that the person that will hold this position will have to know where to find answers about other classes that they don't already know. They need to be knowledgeable about all classes of that job.

The third group lead we will be looking for is our hard hitters our it is the melee/ranged DPS lead. It is made up of paladins, Shaman, druids,warriors, rogues, hunters. We need some one who knows there stuff.

Please nominate your melee/ranged DPS lead. These will be closed on the 13th of July and we will be done.

The group is small and the list is small. I nom iggy. he is on at all the raids and worked hard to get to where he is today. I feel that Iggy would do a great job.

So I just became aware of this nomination. I've played a marks hunter exclusively, other than toying with a mage to level 33. What sort of experience/knowledge would I be expected to know to do this job? I neither have nor do I indend to have a raid level toon of another class...much less know how to play or make builds for those classes.

So gimmie the skinny here.

Yeah, we don't expect one person to be an expert on all classes, but what we're looking for is someone willing to help maximize their group, so in this case melee dps, someone who know where to run or which sites to look at to find information regarding a class/spec that you may not already know, someone that is approachable, friendly, positive, motivated and dedicated to the guild and our BT goal. I think you get the drift.

I had a little chat with Eiye to get a better feel for what's expected, and I suppose I am willing to give it a shot. Maybe those of you in the classes listed above who have a favorite website for class info can send me a PM or in game mail so I can compile a list to have handy.
