I have been noticing that we don't have the member support to have class leads at this time. So I have decided for the time being that we have the group leads that were discussed by Daylene. Nominations will be open for one week and one week only. If you don't want a nomination or you do you can pm me or you can post it here. Please keep in mind that the person that will hold this position will have to know where to find answers about other classes that they don't already know. They need to be knowledgeable about all classes of that job.

The second group lead we will be looking for is by far one of the hardest types. It is made up of paladins, Shaman, druids, and priest. It is one of the most important jobs there is. We need some one who knows there stuff.

Please nominate your healer lead. These will be closed on the 28th of June and we will move to the next.

well i guess for my nomination i would choose sera because he seems to learn classes quick and also seems to help the members under him alot.

if he declines then my second nomination would be ummm undecided at the moment i will update this post later.

Likka or Sera . Sera knows his shit, Likka is very personable.

I agree with Hells. My only concern is time with both of them. Likka due to officer duties and Sera with work. Either would make me quite happy though. They both are pretty calm under presure, aproachable and honest.

I'd vote Maj, I think he has the will power to learn what he doesn't already know.

Yeah, apparently there's been a lot of talk hidden around everyone's backs, which only creates a larger problem.

Guys, everything can be solved just by talking to that person. By having an issue, not saying anything, then talking about it to others so the other person doesn't know about it...please explain to me how this helps things?

Apparently, people are thinking that taking a leadership position is a gateway to making it their own personal ego trip by having power over other players. Thats right, you are "manipulating" the "person" by taking up a role of power on an MMORPG guild. I mean, I'm just guessing here, I'm calling em as I see em, so feel free to correct me.

2 years ago, I wasn't even playing WoW lol. Chris I don't like what I'm seeing one bit. Don't focus too much on the minority of the members of SDS.

You're awesome and from the moment I came here you made me feel welcome. You're a big reason why I haven't just transferred back (Here is a secret, I was only going to bring my mage here for 3 months, don't forget I actually joined SDS with my lvl 69 druid), you're not the only reason there's many awesome guys here I love. I'm not stupid I can tell the genuine people, I choose not to spend time with them, yep, even people in SDS I don't have time for but no guild is going to be perfect.

Truth is, people are afraid. All of a sudden, people who have done something in the past, whether they were aware of it or not, and others remember. Now, this person they don't much care fore may be at their level of power/influence and can't stand it. obviously they want to prevent it and enjoy the guild the way they're used to with this other person not mucking it up.

Again, i'm just assuming, and I will be willing to admit I am wrong on all of this and I am not saying this is the truth, simply an explanation.

Just play nice. Check your issues at the door and play the game. Don't like a person? You dont have to.

This is beside the point. This is meant to be about a 'healing' lead. I nominated you for a reason, sorry Maj you're a nice guy but you drive me insane, I can't even do a freakin KARA run without being tempted to kick your ass my god. I mean it's just kara, which is the point. We should be done in 3 to 3 and a half hours. Last time I think at least that amount of time was spent waiting around. PLUS, every time you log on I never know what the hell you are, It's like, I'm dps today, I'm healer today, I'm some freaky mixture today ugghh.
