Reoccurs: weekly until Jun 09, 2009
This is posted as FYI since apparently some people are complaining about feeling left out by this not being on a calendar.
No one is intentionally being left out, if you feel that way then that is your problem.
If you want to attend, then start off by having the right attitude about it.
There are a lot more than 10 people in this guild who are more than capable of doing this or any raid instance. So just because you do not receive an invite do not automatically assume there is something wrong with you or that we don't like you or whatever other crazy things people have come up with.
If people are waiting for a 10man group so they don't feel new to Uldaur in the 25man group, the only thing that is accomplishing is the cancellation of most 25man raids due to lack of attendance.
Unfortunately there are only 10 spots in a 10man raid.
For Ulduar we need 2 tanks, 3 healers, 5 dps
Most of the time it is full, sometimes it is not.
If there is a spot available and you can fill the role needed and you are online (yes oddly enough being online is required to receive an invite), then I will ask you.
We do Ulduar 10 every day at 7pm when we can fill it and there is not a 25man happening.
If this schedule works for you, awesome! If not, don't knock it.
If we can't fill it, we don't go...it's no big hairy canary.
I'm not going to post sign-ups..because that would seriously clutter the calendar. I will just go with the assumption that everyone wants to come.
Every day - 7pm - pending attendance
This is not some intricately planned exclusive event with a "closed group".
This is just people who want to raid.
Since only about 2 people actually talk to Ad or myself about raids, I'll just throw this out there....if you have questions - ask. (and preferably not at ~7pm)
If someone wants to lead another guild 10man and wants to work out the groups so we can both be successful we are all ears - to date, no one has done this.
Keep in mind though, there are people who do wish to raid more than a couple days a week. So balancing that with the people who cannot raid that often is usually a challenge.
If raiding isn't happening here the people who have the time and want to do that are probably just going to move on to a place where it does happen, or save themselves with a pug.
